1. What Personal Information does PI Investment Management collect?

PIIML may obtain personal information in order to provide you with our services or manage our relationship with you.
If you acquire services from PI Investment Management, we may ask you to provide certain details including, for example, your name and contact information, your birth date, your tax file number and your financial details.
Sometimes, we may need to collect personal information about individuals who are not customers of PI Investment Management (for example, business contact details of a company representative with whom we deal).

To provide you with access to your personal information, PI Investment Management would ordinarily provide you with a print-out of the relevant personal information from our current databases, or with photocopies of records which are held only on current paper files.

Collection and use of anonymous data
PI Investment Management does not collect any personal data about you on our website, unless it is personal information volunteered by you (an example would be if you filled out a form online, contacted us via email, or entered personal details onto our website).
When you access PI Investment Management's website, we will collect anonymous traffic data concerning your visit electronically. This information is collected using the Google Analytics Service (“GAS”). GAS provides a service which collects anonymous traffic data arising from visits to our website, so that PI Investment Management can collect information on website activity, such as the number of visitors, the number of pages viewed and the internet advertisements which bring visitors to our site. This information is collected to analyse and improve our website and our marketing campaigns and to record statistics on web traffic.
No personal data is collected by GAS, and neither PIIML nor GAS will attempt to individually use this information to personally identify you.
